‘Global State of Sustainability Leadership’ Report
We’re currently working with academic partners on our first ‘Global State of Sustainability Leadership’ Report, which we plan to publish via Forbes.com towards the end of the year.
This report will aim to generate decision-useful insights for C-suites, HR/L&D leaders and sustainability leaders on the priority leadership development needs of sustainability leaders and their teams that would accelerate their ability to deliver results against an increasingly complex and challenging corporate sustainability agenda. There is currently a wide ‘intention-action gap’ that needs closing between business ambitions and performance on sustainability. Sustainability leaders are in the driving seat to close that gap, but in order to support them, we need to identify and highlight the global trends and priorities in terms of sustainability leadership development.
Change Agent Scorecard
We’re currently working on a ground-breaking AI-assisted assessment tool for change agents designed to highlight areas for development in both their ‘inner game’ (e.g. values, beliefs, mindset, way of being) and their ‘outer game’ (e.g. communication skills, executive presence, change skills). Respondents will receive a personalised report showing them where their strengths and growth edges are, informing their individual leadership development plans.

We’re currently working on a free e-book for change agents that will summarise in a concise, digestible format a decade’s worth of research we’ve conducted into the building blocks of what makes an effective change agent.
